Parents / Guardian cannot cancel participation to the workshop or ask for refund of workshop fee. The workshop participation however is transferable.

Students who missed a class can have a make-up session scheduled with their teacher. However, only TWO (2) make-up sessions can be accommodated regardless of whether how many lessons were actually missed unless otherwise specified by teacher.

Late Registrants may still pay the for the full workshop and schedule make-up sessions with the teacher to complete the sessions missed. Should it not be possible to make-up for the sessions missed because of lack of time or other compelling reasons, late registrants may pay for the remaining number of sessions only. The fee is computed by multiplying the remaining number of sessions by P600/session. Late registrants enrolled in FIVE sessions or more will be part of the exhibit. Their best work will be framed and they will be given their certificate of participation.

• Children who are 4 1/2 years of age will be asked to take a trial session for teachers to assess and evaluate the child’s reaction and performance in a classroom set-up. A recommendation shall be given by the teacher at the end of the session whether or not; the program will suit the child.
• Only one 4 1/2 year old children will be enlisted in a schedule to assure that quality art education will be provided to all the children enrolled in the class.
• Trial Session Fee: P600.00 and are deductible from the workshop fee, should the child be allowed to continue with the workshop.

Topic Introduction and Activity Instructions are given during the first 15 minutes of the class hours. Parents/Guardian are requested to bring their child/ren to the workshop on time or 5 minutes early so that they would not miss the lecture. However, please do not bring them too early as the teachers use this time to prepare for the lessons.

Parents/Guardian will be asked to wait for their child/ren at the waiting area provided. Parents/Guardians are not allowed in the workshop area during classes.

There are no breaks scheduled during the workshop period. Make sure your child/ren have eaten before coming to the workshop. Should the child become unavoidably hungry or thirsty during the workshop proper, they can eat or drink outside of the workshop. No food or drinks will be allowed inside the workshop.

Children must be picked up promptly after classes. Teachers need this time to fix-up the classroom and prepare for the next class.

Artworks can be claimed at the end of the exhibit program. Parents/guardian who fail to claim the works will have to pick them up at the KIDS AT ART Central Office, 41 Panay Avenue, Quezon City. KIDS AT ART will keep the artworks for a period of one month, after which KIDS AT ART will not be responsible for its loss or damage.
